Dedicated Server
Bare-Metal Servers: These are bare-metal dedicated servers without any control panel, GUI or any softwares installed within it. They are also self-managed, so you will need to install, configure and manage all softwares within the server. We are also well-known for providing unmanaged dedicated servers. We provide network-monitoring, internet connectivity, web server, and equipment and you take control for software and security, applying patches and others.
Setup Time: In accordance with hardware availability and the level of customisation (OS, RAID configuration, Backup services, IP pool, etc.) necessary for the server and its services, we do indeed offer ExpressDeploy, which allows a server to be commissioned in 15 to 60 minutes. However, our estimated delivery time only occurs when the verification process is complete and the orders pass the fraud check, which typically takes 12 to 36 hours. To protect the assets and policies of the company, this action is essential.
Managed Server: Our company manages all hardware, network, virtualization, software, operating system, and control panel issues. The client is only responsible for 3rd party applications and coding related issues.
Self-Managed Server: In self-managed, our company is responsible for hardware and network support and the virtualization environment, but the client will be responsible for installing, configuring and upgrading the operating system and other required software.
On Dedicated Server we offer 10TB Bandwidth for FREE. If the customers account exceeds the bandwidth limit, we would inform the customer. If the customer does not wish to purchase extra bandwidth or upgrade his account and continues to exceed their limit, the account shall be suspended until the customer takes measures to ensure that the limit wouldn’t exceed again or when the account is upgraded, which ever is earlier. The account would be reactivated in the next month.
It is possible to purchase additional bandwidth & can reduce pricing if someone purchases a lot in advance. Note: we don't offer less than 1 TB.
USA, EU - $10/TB & India - $15/TB.
1G network with the server for additional charge of Rs.1000 per month + GST. 10G network with the server for additional charge of Rs.250000 per month + GST.
1G Dedicated unmetered = $2500/month + server and IPs
10G Dedicated unmetered = $18000/month + server and IPs
BGP Connections
Yes, we do offer Dedicated Servers with BGP Connection. Could you share the server configuration and bandwidth requirement? For dedicated servers, we charge $50 one time setup fee for BGP setup in India (Pune, both Mumbai DCs, Delhi) & USA (Asheville). In both Mumbai DCs we can offer Internet Exchange routes ( around 35000 ) from DeCIX, NIXI and ExtremeIX
We do not offer full BGP routes/feed.
We will provide default route for IPv4 and IPv6, and IX routes from NIXI, DeCIX, ExtremeIX.
We use Prefix Lists. We will not use automatically by AS-SET.
We can add all your IPv4 and IPv6 to our prefix list so you can announce your prefixes immediately.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide Full tables.
We can connect you to those IX directly instead of through us. May I know what speed would you like for this connection - 1G or higher. Also, for a direct connection, you will need a cross connect which will add one time cost + recurring cost depending on speed and type of cross connect. Please refer the below pricing.
For Fiber Cross Connect (Fiber depends on length, this is assuming 50 meter length)

Fiber is laid specifically for the client from his SIP ISP to the server, so it is charged by the DC. It comes with recurring charge as the datacenter manages it and ensures it's uptime / replacement

Acronis Backup
You can charge Per Device + Space OR or you can charge Per GB (includes license)
>500GB => Space with Per Device is Rs 2/GB and you can sell it at 500GB minimum. So it will be Rs 1000/500GB + Rs 1200/month for Server license = 2200/month
<500GB => Per GB will be 500/100GB (minimum 100GB) , no additional license cost. It is cheaper till they reach 400GB (for servers)

Bulk IPs: We have limited IPs as APNIC/IRINN both do not give out new IPs anymore.
We recommend applying to IRINN and getting your own IPs or leasing them from someone like IPXO. It will be cheaper in the long run and you will have more control too.
DDos Protection
We are excited to inform you that we are now selling DDoS Protection as a service to partners who announce IPs with us.For Protecting additional prefixes, our DDoS Protection Provider charges $100/month up to 10 Prefixes.
Type of protection - GRE Tunnel based protection - no tunnel setup required as it is already setup on our end
Redundancy - We setup 2 tunnels with 2 independent DDoS Protection devices
Mitigation location - All DDoS mitigation/scrubbing is done in Amsterdam and clean traffic is sent to Mumbai. We advertise attacked prefix through the tunnel only during attacks
Mitigation capacity - Our DDoS Protection provider claims a protection capacity of upto 1 tbps for volumetric L3/L4 attacks.
